I have pokemon Y and that's it. I'm pretty new to the fandom and I'm stuck on this really annoying part. What pokemon come with the strength move or is it something you have to earn? Or can some pokemon get it by lvling up? Please help!

temmie You get the strength HM from Grant when he gives it to you in Cyllage City. Most pokemon will be able to learn it after you get it from him background sans |

Near the top of the city, where it goes to the next route, he is standing, and he'll give you the disc for a consolidation prize for not being able to partake in the bicycle race. |

DAMN IT. I'm not up to that yet. I'm stuck on this coast there seems to be no way out of. I think it requires strength to get past, there's loads of big rocks.

It's a coast you can find if you go through a cave at the end of Route 7? Or route 8 I can't remember..

I have Pokemon Yellow for the Gameboy but that's it. Otherwise I've got a bunch of puzzle-like games my 2DS keeps downloading randomly.
